Here we go…

I’ve been a customer of Sun for years now.  I’ve been using the Identity Manager product on and off for some time now.  It’s got it’s good and it’s got its bad.  There’s a lot of bad but I’d say the good part of the product out-weight the bad, just barely.

My organization has been running the Sun IDM system for a while now, primarily using the default deployment.  Recently, I’ve been forced to develop much more within the Sun IDM framework.  Hopefully, I can record some of my success, work-arounds and problems I’ve come across to help others in the same situation.  I know I certainly wish something like that had been around when I started.  That’s the whole point of this blog.  We’ll see how long it goes for…
